RETURNS POLICY
We are sure you will love DIVINE ONE as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund or Store Credit (excluding shipping).
RETURNS INFORMATION
TO START THE RETURNS PROCESS , EMAIL US AT info@divineone.com.au
- Sale items cannot be returned. (Shock Sale, Black Friday etc.)
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. NO MAKE UP OR FAKE TAN
- We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods.
- Please email info@divineone.com.au prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:
If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
RETURNS:

- All accepted returned items will receive a STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.
- All customers are required to cover their return postage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- All international customers are required to cover their return postage.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
