  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Sale items cannot be returned. (Shock Sale, Black Friday etc.)
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of Face Masks and G-Strings. 
  • We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods. 
  • Please email info@divineapparel.com.au prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

 AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

  • All accepted returned items will receive a STORE CREDIT.
  • A fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping and handling fees.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

  • All international customers are required to cover their return postage. 
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
