DIVINE ONE ships Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver WORLDWIDE! (Shipping at this stage is unfortunately extremely expensive)

Completed orders from our Exclusive Drop collections placed on weekdays before 12:00pm local Brisbane time will be dispatched the next day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm local Brisbane time will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Once dispatched, we aim to deliver your order within 5- 14 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

Carrier Information & Shipping Restriction

Our carrier, AusPost, does not deliver to the following locations:

  • Locked Bags
  • GPO Boxes
  • Airports
  • Prisons

Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations.

If your order is being delivered to a Hospital please ensure the suite number, level/floor and/or ward location is included in the first delivery address line.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery or authorisation provided to leave the order in a safe place. If you are not at the nominated address when your order is delivered, AusPost will leave a calling card at your nominated address and goods will be delivered to your local Australia Post office.

Australia Post Domestic Delivery - COVID-19

All orders placed are sent via Australia Post's Express Post service to ensure parcels are delivered in the safest way possible.

Australia Post is taking action to help protect the health and safety of their staff and customers in relation to the spread of coronavirus COVID19.

Signature No Longer Required

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a post office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. 

Billing & Credit Card Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.

Upon placing your order, your credit card may show that your purchase is pending prior to shipping. If for any reason the credit card transaction for your order does not proceed then any temporary authorisations placed on your card should expire or become void in 5-7 business days. 

 

Cancelling & Modifying Orders

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our Returns page

 

International Billing & Shipping

YES! We Ship Internationally. ( please be aware of extremely expensive international shipping rate at this stage, unfortunately this is out of our control but we are working on a solution asap. )

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS from AusPost once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery and input your order details.
